When I was pregnant with The Monkey, and for a while after he was born, I watched a ton of Trading Spaces on TLC. One thing I noticed in all my watching, was that the designers were always itching to get rid of the ceiling fans in the homes. Now I understand that most run of the mill fans are an eyesore at best, but in many places the circulation of air is crucial.
Now, there seems to be a pretty decent solution to this. That being, ceiling fans that are aesthetically pleasing. I knew someone once who had a fan that had a moon detail on the blades and it was so cool to me when I was much younger. I think that fans can work functionality into something beautiful to look at, like these Fanimation ceiling fans.
