Five migraines in four weeks. Five! I am ready to just remove my head completely and call it a day. It’s not even the headache that’s the worst part. It’s everything that goes along with it, like the nausea, blindness, and cold sweats. Suffice it to say, I am not a happy girl.

I’ve been sitting here, trying to focus on a grocery list. But I’m drawing a total blank on what I should buy and what I should do with it. I kind of want to go to Trader Joe’s. But without a list I’ll just be lost.
